It's very relaxing. The staff are attentive and accommodating. Food is just okay. The room and private pool are perfect!
If you look for a place to enjoy the hot springs. Don't come here. All you get is a two big swimming pools with cold water. Only the kid pool is warm with a hot water coming out. The road to this place is dangerous with many sharp turns. Very disappointing.
The security guard was a bit rude. As soon as we got out of the car, he started counting us. He was the first person we encountered, it set a slightly bad mood upon entering. The experience was awesome. Amenities have been upgraded since the last time we came. The bar has great drinks and staff. Major kudos to Ms Grace and Ms Darlene at the bar. 🫡
Same with most resort, water is is filled with chlorine, but the place has a very good pool view and space, they have bar counter near pools and a great shower facility. Has 2 big pools and a kiddie pool with hot tub. Just a bit down on cottages due its location but its still nice.
