Pan Resort And Events Place

Pan Resort and Events is a great place to stay when visiting Bataan. The ambiance and overall experience were wonderful. The only minor issue we encountered was with the sink faucet—on low pressure, the water doesn’t flow properly into the sink, and on high pressure, it tends to splash. Aside from that small detail, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Like a hotel built just to be built but sucks. So pricy for poor quality Room has FLYING COCKROACHES and SPIDERS around the room. Asked for ice, they don’t have any. What hotel doesnt have ice on the property. The cold water dispenser in the hallways also doesnt work. The DND sign and everything TURNS OFF when u unplug the card for electricity but they only give u one keycard to use even if more than 2 in the room.…

Lovely place. Accessible, clean, peaceful staycation. Spotless rooms, kind & accommodating staffs. Perfect quick reset.

Our experience at this resort was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share some critical feedback. We booked the most expensive room for a special occasion, and it turned out to be a major disappointment. For the price of the Villas, there were no basic amenities—no Wi-Fi, no TV cable, and the bathroom lacked a hot shower. The room had a kitchen area with a stove, but there were no utensils or pans to us…

•No elevator to the second floor, we did receive help bringing our luggage up for check in but not down for check out •Breakfast is fine, however, the service was poor. Stay here often while visiting Balanga. Generally very clean and well maintained. Free breakfast is very good Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is 5 star considering the price of the stay. Shallow play area with fountain jets. Large open pool interconnected. Very nice! 7/11 across the street for your convenience. Overall a 4 to 4.5 star hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed overnight for a wedding reception the following day. Receptionists were good. The room was pretty basic and the bathroom definitely needed servicing. Breakfast was okish but pretty uninspiring. Waiter could do with some customer training. A nice swimming pool. Wedding reception area was good. All in all a mixed review - good and not so good.
