Worst apartelle. Not a hotel, it just an apartelle. I checked-in here around 10am, paid 1650 for 24hrs standard room. Fourth floor. No elevator. I need a room to do makeup for an event in MICE venue. The room smells smoke from a cigar. There are some tiny roaches and the slippers are very untidy. No free water bottle, no shampoo and no toothbrush. My family came for a vacation to the Philippines. The staff was friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable. The frig had to replaced. The staff had to show how to turn on the air conditioning. Surprisingly well-maintained despite its age. The smallish rooms are clean and bright, with cold AC and smart TV. No room service but refreshments are available at the reception desk. No elevator though, so a couple flights of stairs are par for the course.

Staff is friendly, but getting a good room is based on pure luck. Some rooms are terrible, have a bad smell, and need to be renovated. Other rooms are okay.
