We stayed in a standard twin room (Php 3,300.00) on May 2, 2026. Although it’s the budget option for two, the room fell short of basic standards. Upon entry, we found the room full of mosquitoes, a weak AC unit, poor water pressure, and dim bathroom lighting. After we complained twice, the staff replaced the AC unit. We went there to celebrate my birthday. The place was nice and quiet at first, but when we were ushered to our room, it was creepy and dusty. Rooms 7/10 - the ACU is not functioning well. Services 7/10 - staff are very accommodating, helpful and very courteous but food from their restaurant are very limited. Most from their menu are not available. Signal inside their room is very weak. If you need to contact someone, you have to go out to get signal. Location 8/10
When I went to the beach, I noticed an orange pipe. What is that pipe for? Is it a drainage pipe, and why is there something like that there? Lastly, to the male staff who helped us and told us to just go to another comfort room when we went there, the shower didn’t work, but I still want to say thank you for the effort in helping us😄
Went there during a holiday so the place was quite busy. When we arrived, we had to park somewhere at the entrance because there were no vacant spaces in the parking lot. The hotel is a bit out of the way. A long gravel road past some farms and a basketball court open up to a parking lot. The hotel reception is the first thing you see. The rooms are spread across several buildings. One looks very modern, another is average, and the last one looks a tad run down.
