Our stay in Room 302 was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The room was very dirty, and there were bedbugs everywhere, which made the environment highly uncomfortable and unsanitary. we were a regular on this hotel not until they changed the staff. The attending girl is very rude in the way that she have to knock so loud in our door. the fact that before there is a complimentary shampoos toothbrush and slipper for guests and the windows lock not being so secure and all. Atleast have some staff who are good with the guest.

For the price of 500php 3hrs. Room 304. The vicinity and ambience is very nice the room itself and the bed is comfy but the bathroom needs improvement specially the shower and heaters also they will only give you 1 bath towel. Dirty beddings, CR has no door knob, uncleaned toilet, very low TV and WiFi signal. VIP room???

I give it a 5 star for simply being convenient
