I have been going to this place for more than 3 years now. Previously, their staff were friendly and accommodating. But not today. One of their room attendants, named Lando, spoke to me over the phone in a rude and disrespectful manner. This happened because of a clerical mistake by their receptionist. Lando took over the job of the receptionist and he was really bad at it. Very condescending. He lacks the training…
Tbh, it was a mistake taking this hotel. The rooms are small, they took 1200pesos for a room that's so small and the room was dirty, found unflushed washroom, bed with some lady's hair and without any cleaning. Checked out as soon as I can(10hours) but still got charged full. Won't suggest for travellers cuz it's basically HookUpHotel.
