Pearl Lane Hotel Manila

Newly renovated, clean , nice staff and in perfect location. If you prefer a not so tall building, this is a hotel for you. I hope to see the rooftop restaurant soon open for breakfast

One of the worst experiences in a while. The rooms aren't maintained at all. The floor is super dirty. The walls are full of moulds, the shower was so rusty that we were scared to use it to shower. Even the tap water felt dirty. The area is near Robinsons Mall, but the street outside is kind of shady. Better to be careful around there.
