Good for staying for us embassy and slec near by cook freely as you can but have a roach in the room and only 2 people can go in the swimming pool

Located near the US Embassy and Rizal Park. The accommodations are near food and stores. Stayed one night while visiting the Embassy.

Our unit had no power for 30 minutes while the rest of the building had. No explanations from the technician who signaled that power is back.

If your looking for an INSTAGRAMABLE Place this 'Pearl Of the Orient' is not for you. But this is the safest and very legit office building for those who want to APPLY WORK ABROAD. Any establishment or Agency who's renting in here are all LEGIT, LEGAL & Reliable. The Security Guard are medyo masungit lang. Just always bring any ID in you. Thanks

The room was not good The air con is leaking the toilet was clogged the security guard is rude I’m a tenant here for months But there’s one security guard that rude and don’t know how to talk properly to they’re clients He’s ruined the reputation of the Pearl
