Peria Seafront Pensione

First of all, it is definitely not a 3 star hotel. This should be removed from goigle maps. The building is run down. The rooms are large, but with a strange layout, as they include an area similar to a kitchen, with a sink and adjoining cupboard, which no longer serves this purpose. The toilet has no cover! My stay here was awesome. The room was beautiful and clean. The owners were kind and very accommodating. I loved the place especially it’s just beside the sea so you can literally hear the waves crashing. The food being served was tasty too. You can have breakfast by their port which is satisfying. They have CCTV installed as well so the security is not a problem. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!!

Just so you all know, my contact with the Peria family stems from COVID 19 MANDATORY LOCKDOWN in the Philippines. They were all so very nice. Even we could not make contact personally, they ensured we had everything even the government was supposed to provide it. Nice spot for price. Dated rooms. Really nice pier and sun room and back deck. Right on ocean. Nice sunrise facing pier. Staff nice. No restraunt on site. Only cold water. Bring your own soap and hair wash

This is truly horrible place, the owners have stinky attitude, people l would not respect because of their terrible judgemental attitude ! Place itself is located in the slum area, loud and stinky in the morning. Very unfriendly environment especially because of the bad attitude of the owners!
