We try to book with agoda a apartement from 05.05 - 07.05.2026 you must introduce yourself to make a booking and the resort must accept. We try 2 times but agoda must cancel because no reaction of the resort. May be the resort earn enough and dont need more earning. But at least we are thankfull because we read some comments later our fault not read first. So better book a really 5 Star hotel who know to manage it.

You need a minimum 2 to 3 days stay here to fully enjoy the amenities and services offered by this edtablishment. The beach was well combed with friendly fish. The pools are regularly cleaned. If you are a big fan of walking this place is great to rack strava points.

Paid 40k peso for two apartments over the weekend. No running water, bedding smelt dirty, cockroaches everywhere, toilet would not flush. We had to take a shower using a construction workers bucket. I have been to many resorts and Pico De Loro is by far the worse. Perhaps it should be named Squatter De Loro.

Rudest self-titled bunch of no justifiable group snobs as guests I've ever experienced. PS: The hostess was rude upon arrival as we all inhabitants.

The beach and pool area can get overly crowded during holidays, especially long weekends. We were quite disappointed on our first day because the pool and beach area felt like a public beach due to the large crowd. The pool also had a strange smell, although it was clean the next day. We had a great stay here for weekend.

The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is beautiful with fine sand. While you can take a shuttle to the beach, you can also walk around 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I suggest you bring your snacks, because food inside is a bit pricey.

Spent 3d2n here with friends. Reservation would've been a breeze but it took them >12 hours to acknowledge my downpayment that the room we wanted was no longer available when they responded to me. Anyhow, it's a nice place for quick getaway. Not too crowded beach, pool can get crowded esp at night. Staff are nice, plenty of parking. Walkable and you can even run here if you want.
