Beach is great for the kids. Expansive property. However, one major concern is that the Pico de Loro Condominium Admin does not care about guests. They implemented a 12-hour total power shutdown at Miranda B on March 20, 2026 from 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM to fix the generator.
