I didn’t have a very good experience here. The room keycard was faulty, and I couldn’t open my own room without asking a staff for assistance. I requested a replacement keycard, but the new one still had the same issue.
There’s no breakfast if you book online kahit na same price lang. No compensation kahit na wala silang generator due to whatever reasons. I can’t blame the staff but the management should do something about it. Rooms are big and fine though.

Unsanitary - The room I was in had a bad case of infestation. Lots of small cockroach everywhere Rude and incompetent staff. Breakfast is bad considering the price of the rooms. The only redeeming point of this hotel is it's near SM.
