Unreliable, no care for guests at all. The receptionist did not honor our reservation, saying they gave our room to someone who extended their stay. Only found out when we called to say we are near at 7:30pm. Note we also called at noon to inform that we will be late because we are leaving Manila past 1pm. The food is good, but the table condiments were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. This took away from the overall dining experience. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to cleanliness, especially for items that customers handle regularly.
Mexican vibe, sweet and lovely staffs. Their food menu was a mixture of local and mexican dishes. Literally beach front. Will definitely visit again and I highly recommend this place either for family getaways or couple’s romantic short trip. Totally loved our 4 days and 3 nights stay.
We had a reservation with the resort and called several times that we’ll be late because of intense traffic along the way from manila, the staff acknowledged. As we were nearing the resort we called again to confirm our arrival but the staff informed us that they gave the room away since there were guests who extended their stay. This restaurant is extremely overpriced relative to the quality and overall experience. Menu prices are 5–10x higher than average, so naturally, I expected exceptional food and premium service. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. The food arrived very late. I waited approximately 40–60 minutes, while nearby tables who arrived later were already served ahead of me. I informed the staff early on that I had no…
