Very nice place, comfortable and relaxing. The aircon works excellently. Good value for price, since breakfast included. With a quaint garden area for breakfast. I Like their historical items for display, makes the place more homey. Friendly and courteous staff, asking apology when there was noise while one of their rooms were being repaired.
Lovely little boutique hotel. I always stop and stay here when I'm traveling down to Sorsogon. The staff is very friendly, rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend the homemade tocino!
Great service from staff. Accommodated our request for our motorbike to be parked inside the gated area (locked). We were assigned the room in front of the reception and the walls in this inn is quite thin- we heard all the receptions conversations and people walking upstairs and around the room. Very welcoming, clean room, water pressure is great, wifi is fast. Free coffee for those who have remote work. Overall one of the best place to stay halfway in your travel if you're planning to go to Bicol(Legazpi) by Land.

The staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and fairly well maintained. There are some quirks that are less than ideal like the cable TV that is full of static, the spotty wi-fi, the stopped wall clock, and the toilet flush that sometimes refuses to stop.
