Avoid this place if you value sleep. The only one star is entirely for the front desk staff and the manager, who were excellent. Unfortunately, the property’s facilities and soundproofing are not acceptable. I stayed at Primeway Suites Cebu and experienced one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. From 3:00 AM until almost 5:00 AM, there was continuous, extremely loud noise that made sleeping completely impossible…
Tnę welcome was very warm and the staff were firebrand and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable. On the down side the amenities were very basic, no fridge, no tea or coffee, no wardrobe, and one window that faced straight on to a brick wall.
Reasonable and Affordable price, located at the center of Cebu city, and 24/7 coffee and bake shop in the area, A+ plus with laundry services also close by. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Nice modern room but some issues The room was clean, modern, and comfortable—great value for the price. However, the shower water was cold, which was disappointing. Also, after midnight, the staff started cleaning the floor and kept slamming doors, which made it hard to sleep. Good potential, but needs better attention to guest comfort during nighttime.
