Puerto de San Juan Beach Resort Hotel

The hotel is on a quieter side of San Juan. not far from the Urbiztondo beach, just a 10 mins tricycle ride. Best for families or just to have peace and quiet. Had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Compared to the pictures posted online, the room we got looked completely different. The room looked very old and had a smell of mold. The couch was broken, like the cushion was sunken. The toilet is old and had a weak flush. Water in their pools (main and water park) were dirty. Their restaurant was also very disappointing. Glad I found this hotel at the last minute. Beachfront and 2 swimming pools. The other big pool has a slide. My kids enjoyed it. Our cabin is very spacious. Love the design. It has a carpark right outside making it very convenient. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Hope we can come back here again.

Highly recommended! A place that you can call your home away from home. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness, the thoughtful and attention to detail when it comes to the upgrade of its amenities and the food (like really I’m not kidding!) - one of the best and a must-try within the area. Overall, my stay at the property is one for the books!

One of my favorite places on earth. The staff are the highlight of our stay. They are very nice, polite, and helpful. The price is reasonably on the higher range but I think it’s worth it. The location is a bit far from the alive and bustling Sebay—which in my books—is a plus, especially if you intend to unwind and relax rather than to party.
