We had a truly disappointing experience at this resort. The staff were incredibly unpleasant, showing a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. The sheet on the bed was way too small and so it constantly fell off during the night, which is very annoying and disgusting honestly. Very easy to just give guests a normal sheet. Location is great however and showers are also find for what you pay for.
Great staff. Spent 3 nights there. Last night they set up a check point at entrance to Pundaquit. They gave us 30 minutes to pack up our stuff! Explained our dilemma to manager at the resort and she hopped on her scooter, went to checkpoint and straighten things out. Talk about customer service. Ate a few meals there thought food was great.
