Punta Tierra Blanca Beach Resort

Stayed here twice on separate occasions. First was 3 days and the 2nd a 5 day stay. We usually just sleep and shower here as we need to be in a different place during the day time.

It was absolutely amazing! A truly remarkable experience. The beach was amazing, and the pool was perfect! Just a few problems though. We had to switch rooms 3 times. One was because they booked us for the wrong date so we had to use a spare room, the next night was because the roof had a leak, and the 3rd was because the floor tiles were broken. We spent 2 nights and 3 days here, it was very relaxing and also very quiet. The owner and his wife have been here 14 years, they were very accommodating to our needs. The facilities and grounds are very well kept, and everywhere was very clean. For those on a budget or who like to cook, there is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals or a restaurant that can deliver (we did both). The internet is available…

Just not that special. Overpriced and service needs to be improved. Came here on a Sunday, after a very busy weekend apparently. Staff was lacking, uninterested and busy making the resort their own. Even in the evening you could hear them. Ordered a plate of Buffalo wings for a snack at the pool and after an hour, when we already moved back to shower in the cabin it finally arrived. 4 little pieces for the dear sum…

The place is clean and well maintained, nothing fancy, there is an available kitchen for use, clean rooms, bathroom, shower room. Air-conditioning can be improved. Car parking is also available. The beach at the was just okay, visited this April and it appears to be a jellyfish season so we weren't able to swim that long. Low tide as well.

Honestly, my experience here is by far the worst ever. If you’re expecting a vacation with refreshing beach and pool, defintley this is not the one. The place is too crammed up with people, the pool area is so small and the beach looks like a fish pen. The place is underwhelming and customer service is not good. If you want a peaceful and relaxing Bali inspired getaway go look for another place.
