Dead Insects and Tons of Holes in the walls, Almost like they never care about their guests

The room rate is a little bit cheaper👌. However, housekeeping is poor; cockroaches🪳 and spider🕷webs are everywhere, cabinets have trash inside uncollected. During our second stay, probably our last😔, we were transferred to other room because the toilet door was locked and can't be opened from the outside. No lift, just like other old hotels; however, the lady security guard will help you carry your extra luggages 😊.

The overall experience was quite negative. Although the staff was accommodating, the hotel itself was in a state of disarray. The presence of numerous cockroaches and unpleasant odours made for an uncomfortable stay. The linens were also in a deplorable condition, leaving much to be desired.
