Stayed last April 2026 Walking distance from SM City Rosario. We experienced the transition from Speciale to Red Planet management… and the service was day and night … from good to bad services. The water supply is very bad … you need to have the faucet open as early as possible to flush out the dirty waters … what a waste. The hotel is very near SM City Rosario which is good. The hotel and its rooms are well maintained and clean. This is the only hotel that has a pool. There's a fee if you eat your take out in the room and not on their pantry downstairs. Parking is limited. The elevator isn't working. Rooms is small, very small. Convenient to shop near SM shopping mall. Clean and respectful, helpful staff, but the only one problem is the elevator destroyed already, and one thing very nice is a very good restaurant and very spacial reception so wide and clean .
There is no cable TV, which is unbelievable. The elevator is not working. And they have given us bath towels that have holes! I booked 6 days and was so unfortunate because i couldn’t cancel the rest of our stay. The only positive thing is that it is near a shopping mall.
The breakfast serving is for infants Wifi is like 2011. Tv is from 2002. No netflix. My dog smarter than the tv. The only nice thing in this hotel are the staff.
