Red Planet Manila Binondo

We had a two night stay here during our time in Manila. I usually do reviews on booking platform only however I can not seem to leaving one on booking.com. Pros: - Good location in Chinatown. For the price, I was not expecting much. They blew me away. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Nice rooms. Clean, comfy beds, great shower, wonderful aircon. Seems to be underpriced, but I am not complaining. Great location too. The Binondo location is an easy walk to Lucky Chinatown mall, and Divisoria. 😎🍹🏝️

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The room was extremely stuffy and poorly ventilated, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the room was dirty — there was dust everywhere, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and it felt very unhygienic overall. It's a decent no-frills hotel for its price. Rooms are quite small and you hear noises from outside your room and from adjacent rooms. We were hearing drunk men in the evening and kids crying in the morning. One thing I cant complain about is the staff - they're very efficient and helpful. They also offer luggage storage which I was not expecting for this type of hotel.

Stayed here two nights to get closer to Binondo and Intramuros. I loved the proximity to those locations and the availability of nearby breakfast options so free breakfast didn't really matter to me. Checkout process was very smooth and I was able to leave my bag and tablet with their luggage storage while I hopped off to a museum.
