there are better places you can book than here. no cancellation and no refund for your bookings. the rooms are located in the upper floors which means you have to enter first the kitchen of the fronting restaurants.
Doesnt accept any payment than cash. I ran to nearest atm to withdraw extra and they are charging for more than they said the first time I went. Staff is unprofessional, topless, disgusting.
The room was filthy, and the stairway leading to it was also dirty and poorly maintained. As soon as I entered the room, I saw multiple cockroaches on the floor and on the bed, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. This shows a serious lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
Booked this bc I was going to a concert here and I'm from out of town so I asked my boyfriend to come with me. Room wasn't as advertised in the pic. Staff was a little dismissive. When we arrived, it seemed clean but someone left the table sticky, there were USED PIMPLE PATCHES STUCK TO THE MIRROR, they didn't clean out the garbage can in the bathroom and even left a used toothbrush + soap there and there were beer…
The guard on morning duty is very rude. The room boy also is rude. Not professional. I dont recommend it for a traveller or for those who has emergency and need a cheap accomodation.wifi also not available, water is very slow. No free bottle water.
