I stayed for 1 night here. The cost was 2500php. The room is very large. The room service is exceptional, they offer an extensive menu. There is a 1000php refundable deposit for room keys. All the furniture in the room is great condition. All the room appliances work as desired.
I can confirm what others have said — the customer service here is poor. It feels like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay. If you book a Standard Double, there is no parking. Parking is only for Superior Double rooms. We had to park at their designated spot beside the dumpster, which was littered with garbage. Very poor customer service front desk person rude. Dirty washroom. cockroaches is visible. My expectations not met.
Okay na okay. Bukod tangi lang ung isa babae sa food service tagahatid apakasungit. 🤣 Anyway Comfortable naman ung room Wala ako masabi. Very Good for both of us👍
