We had a terrible experience. The room, bed and toilet/bathroom is so small that whenever you take a bath, water is coming out from the bathroom. Rooms are infested with cockroaches. We already complained about it and even asked for insecticide but, they don't have one and said to wait for the cleaner the next day. Stayed 12 nights and it was good. The floor wasnt vacuumed properly . Residues and fibers of floor mat were scattered everwhere. Clean linens. Has water dispenser.
I will not recommend this. The rooms are so cramped. Not worth their regular rate of 1200 a night. They were also NOT HOSPITABLE enough to grant our request for a little late checkout since we checked in 1Am after new years eve, we were so tired and sleepy but the staff managed to knock out doors for a wake up call because of their lack of telephone or intercom inside the rooms.
