Thus place is perfect for backpackers or big groups. They have rooms with double decks. The size of the room is okay. They have safe in the cabinets. They have fridge in the rooms. The good for 6 rooms have 1 lamp for each bed. Their free breakfast is delicious. They have hot and cold shower. The staff are polite and accommodating.
Rooms are clean with nice interiors, enough storage/cabinets, with personal ref to store food, nice and clean CR and location is very near SM San Lazaro. Very budget-friendly too. Will definitely book again.
I don’t feel safe in this hotel the sliding window is broken and there’s no luck! My purse is right next to the window.. good thing I check it and I found worse is right next to the fire exits? I am staying with my sisters for a night and we’re all girls here and one baby it’s really worries me !!!
They cancelled our booking after we've paid the amount in FULL. Offered us relocation but it took hours before they can contact us, and relocation is very far off, further wasting our time. Very bad service.
