What went wrong: Arrival was a mess due to unclear/inconsistent booking details (check in and parking info did not line up on site). 1 star. Misleading check-in info and terrible support. Arrived 10:29 AM after informing them we’d come 10 to 11 AM (app showed 24-hour check-in). No response from host, guard said no parking, then said check-in is 2 PM. RedDoorz customer service was rude and dismissive and didn’t acknowledge the money and time wasted. Cancelled and requested a refund. Never again. Agoda was the only good part, refund handled fast.
A great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and has a kitchen. There's also a laundromat across the street and a grocery store nearby.
