Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with my dad after I got back from Vietnam. Room was clean, staff were nice, and the location’s perfect — close to everything in Poblacion. Simple, comfy stay that’s great for quick trips or stopovers in Makati.

I've been there for 5x but still the staff are lack in costumer service esp there lesbian staff she's not so accommodating. The area is not clean mostly in pool area infact the pool is not free you need to pay every 3 hours of using the pool even the parking is not free for motorcycle and also for ebike. . We got disappointed on our last stay there.
Its okay. Its old but functional. I would have used other motels but this is the only one available. The receptionists are lackadaisical without energy. Cant blame them for lack of enthusiasm if their wages are low.
The photos on Google are outdated; the reality is that the hotel courtyard is extremely crowded, with very little parking space. There seem to be two karaoke bars downstairs, and they're singing until very late.
