We arrived exhausted from travel and expected at least basic courtesy and assistance. Sadly, the service at this place did not meet expectations.

I had enough with the receptionist or what so ever. We are being discriminated against and felt neglected when my partner and I try to check-in. I live far away and I need to rest, but the receptionist here is so dumbfounded, adding more fees when in fact it is 900+ stated in the site, and being rude for no reason. Needing a place to sleep, this one does the trick! It's clean, tidy and inexpensive. Roomy space that an additional bed for a child is just fine.

This place is a dump. No TV, no soap. The towels are just thin rags. The staff are friendly and accomodating We took the room 2 very clean Hot n cold shower is good also when you have a kids along. Wifi is good There is also a ref. And comfy bed. Tv no remote or channel available Aircon is small, weak making the room cold when i check the aircon the filter is full of dust.. Overall we just sleep and wash..

Whatever you do, DON'T STAY HERE. They rip people off, they don't accommodate or work with you on days or even refund when they clearly say that the rooms are refundable. It's cheap, pay the same price or a few more dollars somewhere else, trust me. It'll already be so much better if a stay not going here
