The faucets are soooooo rusty, the toilet's crapping out, the shower curtain's ripped, no hot water, the bathroom's a mess, the TV has no remote, and the AC is deafening. Plus, 4 power cuts in just three hours, and the generator didn't even kick in... worst is, the smartlock is not working well!
The hotel had an eerie feeling when we first entered. Later on we found out that the back is actually a cemetery. There also is limited lighting within the hotel w/c probably contributed to the spooky vibe. The room provided to us was dusty. No toiletries provided. There was no bath mat as well. Staff are super noisy and need to learn about hospitality. It's impossible to get any sleep because of people screaming outside. There's no wifi in the room. You cannot control the air-conditioning so it's super cold. The parking spots outside are always taken and it's a big problem since the staff will ring your doorbell at midnight or 5 in the morning to ask you to move your car. Stay away. Worst experience, have to move to another room since the AC power tripped. No toilet seat, toilet flush not working, weak water pressure until it runs out. Didn’t get a chance to connect to wifi and use their 21” TV.
