Stayed here for the first time. Felt like I was in a 5 star hotel because of the service. Employees greet you with initiative and with a big smile. They are so productive and even told us they are the ones who will iron our clothes. A 5 star hotel never does that. Awesome front desk personnel as they are very accommodating and friendly. Weng and Denzel will always have a smile and offer the opportunity to help. Other staff were just as helpful and friendly. The location is perfect in terms of places to eat, groceries to buy, and places to go. Highly affordable, clean and quiet. Highly recommended.
They are really accomodating and have such a nice staff, the reviews I read here about them does not really give justice to the place because they are really sweet and nice to converse with so I give this a really good rating. I love them it's really nice to be able to have landed in that place!
For the purpose of my stay, this place works for me just fine. It's near the QC city hall, 7-11, and, Jollibee. One ride Jeepney or Libreng Sakay to/from Cubao across the street.
The guards were not very attentive to the guests on their parking area. No assistance is given for any directions where to park. The guards seems to be chit chatting with other employees instead of attending their guest whenever is needed. Front desk are very helpful and nice! Very accommodating staff. It’s nice that they have a plate, kettle, rice cooker, glasses, microwave and mini fridge and ready to use. There’s also a 7/11 downstairs! They will clean your room every other day. Good location for restaurant and fast food. More importantly it is close to where my gf works. Swimming pool was open but a bit on a dirty side becos it was dusty
