Refined hotel offering international dining, 2 bars & a 24-hour gym, plus a pool with city views.
I've stayed here before and was looking forward to my two night stay. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as the first. The second evening the bar was closed, I had to sit in the restaurant, which for me wasn't ideal. The breakfast staff were as good as usual, looking after me to a high standard. Check out wasnt ideal. Checking my room. It definitely left me with a sour taste in my mouth.still debating whether I return.
Booked Richmonde Iloilo expecting a 5-star experience. While the hotel looks nice aesthetically, the amenities and service do not meet 5-star standards. I honestly cannot comprehend how Richmonde Hotel Iloilo is rated as a 4-star property. Having stayed at other Richmonde hotels before, this one was a massive letdown.
