This one of those places thats hidden behind a wall and it's amazing once they open those doors! Very clean , ocean is RIGHT there. Family friendly. I would recommend if you're a budget traveler with or without family. Food is on site and very good. Service for food takes a while as there was only one cooking for 4 tables when we were there .
We had a very pleasant stay here. It looks like a post card tropical paradise and the people here are really nice. There are also coconut palm on the area of the hostel and you can get a fresh coconut from them.
We had a wonderful stay at the Rio resort. We got the tent, it came with a futon and everything so we were not cold at night. It’s truely amazing to fall asleep to the sound of waves. The restaurant serves amazing japenese and Korean food. Shout out to the owners for being so accomodating and letting us leave our bag while we are a Canyoneering.
The resort is beautifully located – right by the sea, with views that are hard to forget. Great family resort, clean and affordable. The matress...not that good tbh... sinks as u sleep..in the morning gonna be a hole😭😭😂😂. Painful...... hope they can get better matress.... the view is amazing..they have a bike for rental....per day 500 pesos and resort offers food with dfrnt prices ofcouse. Was a nice stay with AC rooms.. id stay again if the matresses would be changed.

We just eat their and the food is great esp Japanese food since the owner is a Japanese. So good to have Ramen in the town of Alegria and delicious vege tempura.
