Beautiful inn with amazing hosts. Germaine and Romeo were great to talk to and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and had netting around it which was nice. Not only was Germaine a great cook, she was also helpful with arranging any excursion or extra needs we had. Walk to the inn was 15-20 minutes from the roads end. If you want to spend a few relaxing days off-grid, I can’t recommend this enough. Germaine was the most welcoming host - cooking for us, teaching us about her area, and generally being a delight. We hiked each day with guides and she even organised a massage for us. The views are next level and we’d love to go back one day!

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. It really felt like a home away from home.🙂 I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back again. Thnk u…

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Batad. The hosts are not only incredibly kind and attentive, but also genuinely funny and welcoming — they truly made me feel at home. The view is simply breathtaking, one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The food is delicious and homemade. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for such a…

Rita‘s husband opened one of the first guesthouses in Batad back in the 80s. He is a really interesting and communicative person with many stories from the earlier times. Today his daughter Germaine runs this place. The rooms and the food are basic but the service and loveliness of this family is not. There are newer accommodations up here in the mountains but I don’t think there is one where we would’ve felt as wel…
