The rooms are quite spacious and relatively clean. The room with a single bed could fit 2 more beds easily. One room that was good for 2 had about 5 occupant's. It's right beside the Ceres bus station making it really accessible for backpackers. Rooms are about 900.00 to 1,000.00 only for 2. Extra beds are 100.00/day. We stayed overnight in a room for 4 for 1200. Room 7. It was clean over all. Issue was the drain of the bathroom. You need to keep the water flow very slow so it wouldn't overflow. The sink has a bad smell especially in the morning. It was quite surprising that we didn't even get free water during our stay. A room for 2 worth 750 is available but nevertheless it doesn't feel enough value for money.
The crew from the desk to the guard are all courteous and honest.. R ooms are clean, so are the beds and lines too. I just call for my room reservation, it's always reserved for me even though I arrive late due to delayed flights..my room is still waiting for me.. I love coming back to Cadiz City, 3 to 4x a year..💕🎊🎉
The room is nice and it's classic. Wifi is great too! Staff is okay and helpful when being asked. It could've improved more by lessening the detergent/soap used in beddings. It has a strong and fetid smell! Please use mild detergent. Also, there are lots of cockroaches. But, on the bright sight the apartell was neat, has nice bathroom and classic room.
Great location for a place to sleep in; clean air-conditioned rooms with cable TV; very reasonable rates for an overnight or short stay; would recommend for travelers...
Right by the bus terminal. The area may look sketchy but that’s the majority of the Philippines as everyone is nice and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious for a night. Can be noisy outside though.
