We will stay here again next time we are in Ormoc city. Every employee at Rosetta treated us like family. Anything we needed was made available to us. They had a small issue with internet, and not only did they resolve it quickly, they installed a dedicated router in our room so we could connect uninterrupted. They even gave us a big basket of fresh fruit and an apology note! The service here is exemplary.
We stayed here for eight days over a week ago. The location is great—within walking distance to SM. There is a store right next door to the hotel and a bakery on the other side. I would love to stay here again soon; the rooms were clean and the staff were exceptional.
