Royal J Hotel

A simple stay but you get what you pay for. Big comfy bed, got everything you need. Couldn’t get the kettle to work and overall it felt it could be a bit cleaner but other than that I was happy! My view was of the hallways which was a bit sad and you could hear the road from level 7 but it was all fine for a one night stay. A short walk from a big mall which is helpful.

My main concern is the bathroom has no bidet. They have tissue but as Filipino we are not used to that. We just requested for the (balde and tabo) to wash our butt. Second is the hotel lobby has no Aircon and their place is hot. 3rd is the breakfast , whatever they served you should eat it (plated breakfast), they're coffee is not brewed. Beware to all incoming and current guests of Royal J Hotel Cebu. We checked in yesterday, November 20, around 3 PM. Royal J Hotel offers a great location, especially if you need to be near IT Park—very convenient! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the lobby gives a really nice first impression. The suites are fancy and well-kept, making for a comfortable stay. Disappointing stay, checked out earlier than the planned stay. Booked several nights (non-refundable), but left after the first night due to multiple issues.
