I was disappointed on their road. why they can't fix that? they know that they have a lot of customer but they don't do something to fix that. Another one, when they just have a minimum number of customers they don't open all their pool, like what's the use of the pool if it's not going to be used?
If you’re looking for peace, privacy, and comfort, this hotel delivers. The amenities are top-notch and the overall experience was excellent. The internet connection needs improvement, but everything else made up for it.
Great place to have your vacation or events. They need to work on the availability or parking spaces for vehicles. Suggest that we park on the side of the barangay road. Not the safest option and I don't see PWD, señor Citizen, and pregnant parking spaces.
Sam’s resort is located one of thé mountain in Diffun Quirino with fresh air and fresh water. This is the best resort, I highly recommended to those who wants to have family bonding/reunion / birthday celebrations or any occasions. There is so many cottages you can choose what size of Cattage you want. Thank you for your wonderful resort and amazing staff.🥰🥰🥰
Nice place to visit, but it can be tiring to explore due to the uphill snd downhill terrain. Not recommended for toddlers, as parents might get worn out quickly, haha
The pool is great, it can be compared internationally, well maintained poll and clean, kid friendly, customer friendly staff, they are very well coordinated, there are lots of lifeguard,
The place is okay but needs alot of improvement. It's huge and probably has to limit it's guest to maintain the pool. Sometimes it could get very crowded.
