We occupied a room with my colleague at work for 1 night. The room is newly painted, but there's no television and shower.I don't know if they had in some rooms. The price is reasonable. It is only P900 good for 3 beds.
Pros: 1. Basic room with table, chair, electric fan, and hangers. 2. Light is ok. 3. Budget accommodation at 700 for 2 aircon room. 4. Wifi is ok. 5. CR is very small. Water is luke warm. 6. Friendly staff. 7. Limited parking space infront. RECOMMENDED Thank you for the safe and memorable stay in Masbate. We will come back.
Good place to checked in the rates per room is cheaper, the rooms and amenities are clean, though no security guards, but I have not experienced any untoward incident.
The ceilings in the corridors are dripping when it rains. Very poor quality pillows, bed and sheets. The air conditioner and curtain are dusty. There are cobwebs too. The flush doesn't work, no toilet seat and cover. The ambiance of the whole place looks like a hospital.
The sheets smell like a hundred years; airconditioning smells like damp clothing. If you are in a tight budget, consider GV Hotel or other places instead.
Nice and comfortable in this place and thanks to the 24hr's guard on duty to secure the safe of our company vehicle. 😊😊
