The pool can be crowded since its has only one pool and its too small. Corkage fee is 50/head if you bring your own food and cooking is not allowed inside the resort. But you can let them cook for your food and you will be charged for it.
Attended an event at San Luis del Mar. Resort is great. Good ambiance. Food was great. The staff and servers were really helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers. There are some challenges but that did not hinder us from going to the event venue (the road going to the venue wS tight for our big wide vehicle).
The rooms are far away from the pool, from the beach… the pool isn’t big at all, can become too crowded. No wifi connection when we went here. That was the end of January. We had to change room because the flush wasn’t working on our first room. The rooms are spacious but just okay. The cafe has nothing much to offer so bring in your food instead. Affordable and cozy. We booked a room for 2, and I love how the room was set up. Water, shower, wifi, TV, refrigarator, aircon and room amenities are working fine. It's a great place to chill and relax, indoor or outdoor.
