The function hall I attend my seminar was on the 5th floor. Good thing there's an elevator. Room was average, aircon was good, audio-visual was average. The projector was not so clear and I suggest need upgrade. Staffs are friendly. CR was clean and complete with supplies. Horrible Hotel. I don’t know where they get the 4 Stars. Room is acceptable but today I went to the Breakfast and it was shocking (Video). The Hotel is very noisy because of the motor bikes and the rooms are obsolete and need renovation. Overall a very bad experience until now.
They are very accommodating with our request of changing the room . The room is spacious and good for family. The aircon is perfectly working. They have hot water in the shower . The hotel itself is a bit old but the room is okay . Not too new and not too old. The area is very peaceful too.
