Nice place close to the airport and the Chabad House, we arrived at the hotel and were upgraded to a better room but the shower smelled of sewage. We asked to move rooms and the second room was better but there was still a sewage smell in the shower which got stronger as the stay progressed. We arrived early on the early morning ferry, so we paid the 1000.00php early check-in after settling in went to shower and found the tub drain was not working it was rusted off the open closed connector as well the floor drain was plugged as well the sink drain also had a bad plug connector but with force opened, called maintenance and they came to fix it but in the end had to change our room. This wasn’t my first time here but was the first time treated that way. Guard thought I was a bori with my Korean friend (friend had a lot to drink that’s why we just decided to book a hotel nearby). He disrespected me until I was the one paying for the hotel with my own card. You know you should do better. You should treat your customers with utmost respect!!!
Near VFS that's the reason why we booked this Hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. Our room had a bathroom with bathtub. They have really nice and friendly staff and our room was very clean as well. Way better than a 3 star hotel in Philippines and for an affordable price. We would choose it again when we would come back to Cebu.
