Excellent choice for your stay in Banaue. A warm, welcoming space to call home for a few days. The host, Elma, is lovely and more than happy to arrange tours, prepare meals, and generally make your stay as comfortable as possible.
I had a lovely experience at Elma’s guesthouse. She’s a warm and welcoming host, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. The place is a little outside the town centre, but still within walking distance of everything. Any question or request you have, she’ll try her best to help with — whether it’s arranging transport to Batad or keeping your luggage safely at the homestay if you want to leave something behind…
What a lovely place. Clean, spacious and great views. Not to mention Elma who will take great care of you. Would highly recommend!
Perfect accommodation in Banaue! You must stay here!! Beautiful views, lovely breakfast, comfortable room and the kindest host- Elma. We arrived at 2am with nowhere to stay and found Savta homestay, Elma woke up and quickly made beds for us and made us feel so welcome, she then organised our next two days exploring Banaue & Batad, including tricycles, viewpoints, and buses back to Baguio. Thank you so much Elma!!
Elma managed to give us a room even tho we forgot to actually book it… I was ill but got to recover in this beautiful place🌼 the Terrace is lovely, for breakfast we had toast, eggs & fruits🙏 & there is even a hot shower!! around 15-20 minutes to the Center…but the Walk is lovely🥰 thank u so much Elma!! -Elma is the Perfect host!
We had a wonderful stay here. Elma is such an amazing person, she helped us out with renting a scooter, a tricycle day trip to the hot springs, a pick up from the bus station, and anything else we needed during our stay. The room was clean, the shared bathroom as well, hot water in the shower. The homestay is located about a 15 minute walk from the center. I definitely recommend staying here if you're in Banaue.
Mam Elma is the perfect host. She lives downstairs with her family and rents three rooms upstairs. Two of the rooms are for singles or couples with queen beds and one room is for families or groups with four single beds. The three rooms share a large living room, a large covered porch with great views and a small kitchen area and bathroom.
