The room is big enough to stay in and have cozy bed and pillows snd with perfect smart tv to watch yt. However, when we came in, the fridge is not working and the toilet is not cleaned and no heat and cold in the shower.
It is a nice experience. Howver, here are the list of red flags: Room 304: 1. The CR had no lock. 2. The AC is set to the lowest temp, it's very hot inside the room, to the point that we were sweating hard, because there are no alternatives to use like a ceiling fan, a stand fan, nor a wall fan. 3. A total scam booking.com should be ashamed allowing this scam. No hot water no shower but a tub for your cold bath. Then young man in the office was very nice and understood our concerns. We never got to the room before we left. Charging 5 star price for a 1 star hotel. Rough looking neighbor hood. Nice kids outside etc but dark and scary place.
The place is really good and very cozy. The staffs are really approachable and accommodating. Its also affordable. Surely you will enjoy your stay here.
The location is very ideal for people like me who is on a budget, but still wanta to experience staying in the hotel. A few distance away, you'll reach the Virgen dela Regl Parish Church. The public market is also accessible as well as the supermarkets. The hotel also has it's own karaoke bar. So, what more could you ask for?
Been here for 4 times now.. I highly recommended the place.. I love the amenities they have and all the time the staff is very cool
