Sebastien Hotel - Mactan

Awesome hotel the staff are great. Rules are very nice. Very quiet to get room service pretty much every day no charge. There’s a Spa grocery store across the street pretty much. Everything is accessible here This is my fourth time with my children here and I will be coming again in the future very good hotel.

Staffs are good and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Everything seems clean. The only reason I'm giving this 1 star is, their elevator broke. We got stuck inside. It was a very traumatic experience. Then there's this guard claiming that the pad was 'wet'. Which is evidently a lie. They claim its the first time it happened, but the reaction from the staff seems like its a normal thing. Not to us though. Thousands of time…
