We stayed five nights at Secret Paradise and had a very good experience. The swimming pool is beautiful and very well maintained — you can really see that it’s cleaned and checked every day. Beautiful hotel, literally 2min from swimming with turtles and the sardine run, 5-10min walk to the most active part of town. We had no issues with hot water or staff like some people say in reviews! One note: I wouldn't recommend remote work from here - the wifi wasn't consistent enough to take calls from the rooms
Hotel was nice and close to the beach, however the Wi-fi doesn't reach the room and hence, can't use the Smart TV and the water is turned off during the night / early in the morning. Wow!! Perfect resort, staff was extremely helpful and so nice to help in whatever, massages are good and available in anytime, room and environment were clean (they keep maintain all day). Resort is 5 mins walk to the center yet quiet
Absolutely amazing resort. The swimming pool is incredible, the restaurant is really nice and all the food is so delicious. Service is always great. Can definitely recommend Secret Paradise
