We had a wonderful stay for 2nights in one of their suite rooms. Clean & spacious room; we had no problems with the amenities or the overall facility of the hotel. One word. Maintenance. You can tell they built this with no idea of how much maintenance it would need. Gym AC is broken. Game room is run down. Rooms have peeling paint. This place is getting run down fast. It’s 12 years old and feels like most places in the hotel haven’t been touched for that long. But it’s the only option around. It’s mostly sizzle no steak.

Just like any other Seda Hotels, this is a great place to stay- wether for business or pleasure. The room is spacious and clean. The amenities are good- gymand swimming pool (3). The food is standard, nothing special, but I like that they serve Taho (soy bean curd) at breakfast. The room service is fast and reliable. This hotel is also conveniently located near Nuvali Yala Malls, easily accessible by P2P buses.

I was the bride and booked 77 rooms at the hotel for our wedding guests for 2 nights. Despite clarifying at least three times if I was assigned the biggest room/bridal suite, the staff repeatedly insisted that my 1-bedroom room was the largest and was the bridal suite. Seda Nuvali has a good location, especially if you’re planning to stay within the Nuvali area. However, getting from one place to another may require a shuttle ride, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re expecting everything to be within walking distance.
