We had a gift certificate for a Superior Room at Segara Suites Subic, and when we checked in today, we were only informed at that moment that our room was under maintenance. One staff claimed we were “upgraded” to Segara Villas, but another said we were actually moved to Segara Residences — their cheapest option. This is completely unacceptable.
