Staying at Serene Origins was a peaceful experience. The ambiance immediately made me feel relaxed, and the rooms were neat and inviting. Every interaction with the staff was warm and genuinely pleasant.
I was very disappointed with my recent stay. This used to be my go-to place before and during the pandemic, but when I visited earlier this week, I was shocked at how much it had declined—from a solid 10/10 to barely a 1/10. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. The staff is easy to reach and helpful. The air-conditioning may take some time to get to the temperature preferred (Not sure if it's just for the family room) but eventually it'll become comfortable. One thing to also take note is that there's no elevator so be prepared to use the stairs but they do allow delivery be brought up to your room.

Nice place to start if you are trying out the City Life. It's near to some convenience places and you have easy access to transportation.
The hotel was chosen for its proximity to Chinese General Hospital. The room, hallways and front desk were clean and tidy. Service is what is worth mentioning. Rey, Mac and the rest of the staff were courteous, respectful and very accomodating to our needs. We will not hesitate to use this hotel again and in fact we may go back again just after 1 day as our flight back to Davao is delayed.
Its a good place to relax. The room has luxury furnished, very clean and relaxing view. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The location is very convenient. It's a truly a must visit destination. I highly recommended!
