The property itself is nice, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor organization, lack of transparency, and a very uncomfortable host dynamic. First: be aware this is an extremely remote location with no nearby shops, and this is not highlighted upfront. This absolute gem was worth all the hype. The villa was luxurious and made with good taste, especially the interior. Mel and her staff made us feel very welcome even before our arrival and made sure we would get our perfect holiday. The absolute best part was the “wow-effect” — which of course is the balcony, pool and the amazing view. We experienced here the most wonderful days, all thanks to Mel and her staff.
