Booked a “Signature Hut” but was given a completely different and much smaller room. The Signature Hut was visible from our room and later confirmed to be empty, yet staff insisted their system showed something else and took no responsibility, blaming Hotels.com instead. The place is poorly maintained, dirty, rusty, worn off, the staff has zero-level of interest in your experience. We rent individual cabin with mountain view. Nice and peaceful place! The view is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Great spot if you want to escape the city and enjoy nature.
